Abstract:
(EN) Disclosed is a segmented thermoplastic elastomer that can be a polyurethane, polyurea, or polyurethane-urea comprising soft segments and hard segments, wherein the soft segments are made of polyolefin diols or polyolefin diamine that may have 0 to 1000 carbon atoms in the main chain, wherein each carbon atom in the main chain may have 0 to 2 side chains and each side chain may have 0 to 30 carbon atoms, the hard segment is made of a diisocyante and a chain extender, the hard segments make up 10-60% of the elastomer and the soft segments make up the rest, the number-average molecular weight of the elastomer is 5×103-1000×103 g/mol, the ultimate elongation of the elastomer is 100-1000%, the Young's modulus is 1 to 3,000 MPa, and the ultimate tensile strength is 10-100 MPa. Also disclosed are a method for preparing the segmented thermoplastic elastomer and use of segmented thermoplastic elastomer.
(FR) L'invention concerne un élastomère thermoplastique segmenté qui peut être un polyuréthane, une polyurée ou une polyuréthane-urée comprenant des segments souples et des segments durs, les segments souples étant constitués de diols de polyoléfine ou de diamine de polyoléfine qui peuvent avoir de 0 à 1000 atomes de carbone dans la chaîne principale, chaque atome de carbone dans la chaîne principale pouvant avoir de 0 à 2 chaînes latérales et chaque chaîne latérale pouvant avoir de 0 à 30 atomes de carbone, le segment dur étant constitué d'un diisocyante et d'un allongeur de chaîne, les segments durs constituent de 10 à 60 % de l'élastomère et les segments mous constituent le reste, le poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de l'élastomère est de 5×10 3-1000×10 3 g/mol, l'allongement final de l'élastomère est de 100 à 1000 %, le module d'élasticité est de 1 à 3000 MPa, et la résistance à la traction ultime est de 10 à 100 MPa. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de l'élastomère thermoplastique segmenté et l'utilisation d'élastomère thermoplastique segmenté.
