(FR) MÉTHODE DE PRODUCTION DE NANOCOMPOSITES FERRIMAGNÉTIQUES DE CHITOSANE/POLY(ASPARTATE DE SODIUM)/FE3O4 AYANT UNE CHARGE DE SURFACE NÉGATIVE
Abstract
(EN) Method for production of ferrimagnetic chitosan/poly(sodium aspartate)/Fe3O4 nanocomposite having negative surface charge and containing Fe3O4 nanoparticles having the size from 10 to 100 nm is based on that aqueous solutions of iron(II) salt and iron(III) salt are introduced to the vessel transparent for microwaves, then during intensive stirring and simultaneous microwave irradiation a substance increasing the pH value of the mixture is added. Said substance is selected from the group of organic and/or inorganic bases, moreover, said substance is added until black color of the solution is obtained and then the composition containing chitosan dissolved in an aqueous solution of an organic acid or an aminoacid, glycol and poly(sodium aspartate) is added. Next, the mixture undergoes the reaction of crosslinking with microwave irradiation and the obtained nanocomposite is separated from the post-reaction solution.
(FR) La méthode de production de nanocomposites ferrimagnétiques de chitosane/poly(aspartate de sodium)/Fe3O4 ayant une charge de surface négative et contenant des nanoparticules de Fe3O4 ayant une taille allant de 10 à 100 nm, est basée sur l'introduction de solutions aqueuses de sel de fer (II) et de sel de fer (III) dans le récipient transparent pour micro-ondes, puis pendant une agitation intensive et une irradiation par micro-ondes simultanée, une substance augmentant la valeur du pH du mélange est ajoutée. Ladite substance est choisie dans le groupe comprenant des bases organiques et/ou inorganiques, de plus, ladite substance est ajoutée jusqu'à ce que la couleur noire de la solution soit obtenue, puis la composition contenant du chitosane dissous dans une solution aqueuse d'un acide organique ou d'un acide aminé, du glycol et poly(aspartate de sodium) est ajoutée. Ensuite, le mélange subit la réaction de réticulation avec une irradiation par micro-ondes et le nanocomposite obtenu est séparé de la solution post-réaction.
