Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a cooking device comprising: a heater installed inside a cooking chamber; a combustion pipe surrounding the heater; and a combustion space formed between the heater and the combustion pipe, wherein the heater applies heat to food and at the same time thermally decomposes cooking smoke, and an exhaust pipe is connected to the middle of the combustion piping, thereby connecting the combustion space and the outside to enable air communication therebetween. The cooking device comprises a partitioning plate which, as a plate that partitions the cooking room into two cooking rooms, that is, an upper cooking room equipped with the heater and the combustion piping and a lower cooking room for accommodating food, is provided with an opening portion formed in a downward direction from the combustion piping and a cover for covering the opening portion. The cooking device is characterized in that, cooking smoke is thermally decomposed at the same time that the opening portion is opened and radiant heat from the heater is transferred downward to heat food, or cooking smoke is thermally decomposed while the opening portion is closed by the cover and the downward transfer of the radiant heat from the heater is blocked to cool the food.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de cuisson comprenant : un dispositif de chauffage installé à l'intérieur d'une chambre de cuisson ; un tuyau de combustion entourant le dispositif de chauffage ; et un espace de combustion formé entre le dispositif de chauffage et le tuyau de combustion. Le dispositif de chauffage applique de la chaleur à des aliments et en même temps décompose thermiquement la fumée de cuisson, et un tuyau d'échappement est relié au centre de la tuyauterie de combustion, reliant ainsi l'espace de combustion et l'extérieur pour permettre une communication d'air entre eux. Le dispositif de cuisson comprend une plaque de séparation qui, sous la forme d'une plaque qui sépare la chambre de cuisson en deux chambres de cuisson, à savoir une chambre de cuisson supérieure équipée du dispositif de chauffage et de la tuyauterie de combustion et une chambre de cuisson inférieure destinée à recevoir les aliments, est pourvue d'une portion d'ouverture formée dans une direction vers le bas à partir de la tuyauterie de combustion et d'un couvercle servant à recouvrir la portion d'ouverture. Le dispositif de cuisson est caractérisé en ce que la fumée de cuisson est décomposée thermiquement en même temps que la portion d'ouverture est ouverte et la chaleur rayonnante provenant du dispositif de chauffage est transférée vers le bas pour chauffer les aliments, ou alors la fumée de cuisson est décomposée thermiquement pendant que la portion d'ouverture est fermée par le couvercle et le transfert vers le bas de la chaleur rayonnante provenant du dispositif de chauffage est bloqué afin de laisser les aliments refroidir.
(KO) 조리실 내부에 설치된 히터, 히터를 둘러싸는 연소관, 그리고 히터와 연소관 사이에 형성된 연소공간으로 구성되며, 히터가 음식을 가열하는 동시에 요리매연을 열분해 하고, 연소관 중간에 배기관이 연결되어 연소공간과 외부를 공기소통이 가능하게 연결하는 조리장치에 있어서, 조리실을 히터와 연소관이 설치된 상부 조리실과 음식이 수용된 하부 조리실 두 개의 조리실로 분할하는 판으로, 연소관 하방쪽에 형성된 개구부와 개구부를 닫는 덮개가 구비된 구획판으로 구성되며, 개구부가 열려 상기 히터의 복사열이 아래로 전달되어 음식이 가열되는 동시에 요리매연이 열분해되고, 또는 개구부가 덮개에 의해 닫혀 히터의 복사열이 아래로 전달되는 것이 차단되고 음식이 냉각되는 동안 요리매연이 열분해되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리장치를 제공한다.
