Provided is a technique for acquiring a high-resolution X-ray projection image without interfering with rotation of an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector. X-ray beams BX1 are radiated through an imaging region ROI from a plurality of directions to obtain an X-ray projection image, by causing an X-ray generator 42 and an X-ray detector 52 to rotate around the head of a subject M1. When a central axis X-ray beam CBX1 which passes through a central axis of rotation RA1, from among the plurality of X-ray beams BX1, is orthogonal to a layer of interest LOI, the X-ray detector 52 is brought closer to the layer of interest LOI and the X-ray generator 42 is moved further away from the layer of interest LOI than when the central axis X-ray beam CBX1 is not orthogonal to the layer of interest LOI.

L'invention concerne une technique d'acquisition d'une image de projection de rayons X à haute résolution sans interférer avec la rotation d'un générateur de rayons X et d'un détecteur de rayons X. Des faisceaux de rayons X BX1 sont rayonnés à travers une région d'imagerie ROI depuis une pluralité de directions pour obtenir une image de projection de rayons X, en amenant un générateur de rayons X 42 et un détecteur de rayons X 52 à tourner autour de la tête d'un sujet M1. Lorsqu'un faisceau de rayons X d'axe central CBX1 qui passe à travers un axe central de rotation RA1, parmi la pluralité de faisceaux de rayons X BX1, est orthogonal à une couche d'intérêt LOI, le détecteur de rayons X 52 est rapproché de la couche d'intérêt LOI et le générateur de rayons X 42 est déplacé plus loin de la couche d'intérêt LOI que lorsque le faisceau de rayons X d'axe central CBX1 n'est pas orthogonal à la couche d'intérêt LOI.

X線発生器およびX線検出器の旋回に支障を来すことなく、高解像度のX線投影画像を取得する技術を提供する。X線発生器42およびX線検出器52を、被写体M1の頭部の周囲において旋回させることによって、撮影領域ROIに複数の方向からX線ビームBX1を照射して、X線投影画像を得る。X線ビームBX1のうち旋回中心軸RA1を通る中心軸X線CBX1が、関心断層LOIに直交するときに、直交していないときと比べて、X線検出器52を関心断層LOIに接近させるとともに、X線発生器42を関心断層LOIから離隔させる。
