The problem addressed by the present invention is to improve visibility while reducing discomfort when light is emitted from a vehicle lamp configured of an LED, etc. This vehicle lamp lighting control device serves to control the on/off state of a light source including a plurality of lamp units each having a semiconductor light-emitting element, the device comprising: a control unit which generates and outputs a control signal; and a light source drive unit which drives the plurality of lamp units on the basis of the control signal. The intensity of light output from a first lamp unit and a second lamp unit driven by the light source drive unit on the basis of the control signal decreases from a first value greater than 0 to a second value smaller than the first value within a common period. Each light intensity decreases gradually towards the second value while the relationship of the light intensity of the first lamp unit being lower than the light intensity of the second lamp unit is maintained at any time point within the common period.

La présente invention a pour objet d'améliorer la visibilité tout en réduisant l'inconfort lorsqu'une lumière est émise à partir d'une lampe de véhicule configurée par une DEL, etc. Ledit dispositif de commande d'éclairage de lampe de véhicule permet de commander l'état de marche/arrêt d'une source de lumière comprenant une pluralité d'unités de lampe ayant chacune un élément électroluminescent à semi-conducteur, le dispositif comprenant : une unité de commande qui génère et émet en sortie un signal de commande ; et une unité d'entraînement de source de lumière qui commande la pluralité d'unités de lampe sur la base du signal de commande. L'intensité de la lumière émise en sortie par une première unité de lampe et une seconde unité de lampe excitée par l'unité d'excitation de source de lumière sur la base du signal de commande diminue d'une première valeur supérieure à 0 à une seconde valeur inférieure à la première valeur dans une période commune. Chaque intensité lumineuse diminue progressivement vers la seconde valeur tandis que la relation de l'intensité lumineuse de la première unité de lampe, inférieure à l'intensité lumineuse de la seconde unité de lampe, est maintenue à tout moment dans la période commune.

LED等を用いて構成される車両用灯具の発光時における視認性の向上と違和感の軽減を両立すること。 各々が半導体発光素子を有する複数のランプユニットを含む光源の点消灯状態を制御するための装置であって、制御信号を生成し出力する制御部とこの制御信号に基づいて複数のランプユニットを駆動する光源駆動部を含み、制御信号に基づいて光源駆動部により駆動されて第1ランプユニット及び第2ランプユニットから出射する光は、共通期間内において各々の光度が0より大きい第1値からこれより小さい第2値へ低下するものであり、当該共通期間内の何れの時点においても、第1ランプユニットの光度が第2ランプユニットの光度よりも低いという関係を保ったまま各々の光度が前記第2値まで漸減する、車両用灯具の点灯制御装置である。
