Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a method for encapsulating antibiotics of the tetracycline group, comprising the following steps: separately preparing solutions of gelatine, saccharose and tetracyclines; and mixing the saccharose solution with the tetracycline solution, the mixture obtained then being added to the gelatine solution to form a suspension characterised by a total solids percentage of between 20 and 40% and a particle size of between 0.33 and 0.44µm. Finally, the suspension obtained is dried by the spray drying method until an oral powder formulation is obtained. The method is characterised by yields of between 40 and 60% and an encapsulation efficiency of between 35 and 60%.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un método de encapsulación de antibióticos del grupo tetraciclinas, que comprende las etapas: preparar separadamente soluciones de gelatina, sacarosa, y tetraciclinas; mezclar la solución de sacarosa con la solución de tetraciclina, posteriormente la mezcla obtenida se adiciona a la solución de gelatina hasta formar una suspensión caracterizada por un porcentaje de sólidos totales entre 20 y 40% y un tamaño de partícula entre 0,33 y 0,44µm. Finalmente la suspensión obtenida se seca por el método de secado por aspersión hasta obtener una formulación oral en polvo. El método se caracteriza por porcentajes de rendimiento entre 40 y 60% y eficiencia de encapsulación entre 35 y 60%.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode d'encapsulation d'antibiotiques du groupe des tétracyclines, lequel procédé comprend les étapes qui consistent à: préparer séparément des solutions de gélatine, de saccharose et de tétracyclines; mélanger la solution de saccharose avec la solution de tétracyclines, puis le mélange obtenu est ajouté à la solution de gélatine jusqu'à former une suspension caractérisée par un pourcentage de matières solides totales compris entre 20 et 40% et une granulométrie comprise entre 0,33 et 0,44µm. En dernier lieu, la suspension obtenue est déshydratée par le procédé de séchage par aspersion jusqu'à l'obtention d'une formulation par voie orale en poudre. La méthode est caractérisée par des pourcentages de rendement compris entre 40 et 60% et une efficacité d'encapsulation comprise entre 35 et 60%.
