Abstract
(DE) Es wird eine Beleuchtungseinrichtung (1) mit zumindest einem zur Erzeugung von Strahlung vorgesehenen Halbleiterbauelement (2), einem optischen Element (5) und einer Ansteuerschaltung (6) angegeben, wobei - das optische Element die im Betrieb des Halbleiterbauelements abgestrahlte Strahlung in ein zu beleuchtendes Sichtfeld (10) lenkt, - das Halbleiterbauelement eine Vielzahl von Pixeln erster Art (31) aufweist, die jeweils zur bereichsweisen Beleuchtung des Sichtfelds mit Strahlung im sichtbaren Spektralbereich vorgesehen sind; - das Halbleiterbauelement zumindest einen Infrarotpixel (4) aufweist, der zur zumindest bereichsweisen Beleuchtung des Sichtfelds mit Strahlung im infraroten Spektralbereich vorgesehen ist; und - die Pixel erster Art und der zumindest eine Infrarotpixel über die Ansteuerschaltung betreibbar sind. Weiterhin werden ein elektronisches Gerät (100) mit einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung und die Verwendung einer Beleuchtungseinrichtung angegeben.

(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'éclairage (1) comprenant au moins un composant à semi-conducteur (2) prévu pour générer un rayonnement, un élément (5) optique et un circuit d'attaque (6). L'élément optique dirige le rayonnement émis lors du fonctionnement du composant à semi-conducteur dans un champ de vision (10) à éclairer. L'élément à semi-conducteur comporte une pluralité de pixels d'un premier type (31), qui sont prévus respectivement pour éclairer par endroits le champ de vision avec le rayonnement de la plage spectrale visible. Le composant à semi-conducteur comporte au moins un pixel infrarouge (4), qui est prévu pour éclairer au moins par endroits le champ de vision avec un rayonnement de la plage spectrale infrarouge. Et les pixels du premier type et le ou les pixels infrarouges peuvent être exploités par l'intermédiaire du circuit d'attaque.
