Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to an aircraft-towed device, comprising a support structure (10) that is substantially flat when deployed; a transmission antenna (14) mounted on the support structure, having a conductor wound in a loop near the edges of the support structure; an attachment element (30) configured for mechanically and electrically coupling the towed device to a towing cable (20); and an attitude-correcting pole (24) arranged between the attachment element and the support structure, and configured to assume a vertical position when the device is towed. The towed device comprises power conversion circuitry (52, 54) coupled between the attachment element and the transmission antenna, configured to power the transmission antenna (14) at a high current and a low voltage from a higher voltage and lower current conveyed through the towing cable; and the power conversion circuitry is mounted (60) at the bottom of the attitude-correcting pole.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif remorqué par un aéronef, comprenant une structure de soutien (10) sensiblement plate lorsqu'elle est déployée ; une antenne d'émission (14) montée sur la structure de soutien, ayant un conducteur enroulé en boucle à proximité des bords de la structure de soutien ; un élément de fixation (30) conçu pour coupler mécaniquement et électriquement le dispositif remorqué à un câble de remorquage (20) ; et un mât de correction d'attitude (24) disposé entre l'élément de fixation et la structure de soutien, et conçu pour adopter une position verticale lorsque le dispositif est remorqué. Le dispositif remorqué comprend un circuit de conversion de puissance (52, 54) couplé entre l'élément de fixation et l'antenne d'émission, conçu pour alimenter l'antenne d'émission (14) en un courant élevé et à une basse tension à partir d'une tension supérieure et d'un courant inférieur conduit à travers le câble de remorquage ; et le circuit de conversion de puissance est monté (60) au bas du mât de correction d'attitude.
