Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a back-contact solar cell string and a preparation method therefor, a module and a system. The back-contact solar cell string comprises back-contact solar cells and conductive members (50) for electrically connecting the back-contact solar cells. Segmented emitter electrodes (20) in emitter p+ areas (10) and segmented base electrodes (21) in base n+ areas (11) are arranged on back surfaces of the back-contact solar cells. Emitter metal wire electrodes (40) are arranged on the segmented emitter electrodes (20). Base metal wire electrodes (41) are arranged on the segmented base electrodes (21). Cell slices extend in opposite directions from the emitter metal wire electrodes (40) and the base metal wire electrodes (41). The emitter metal wire electrodes (40) of the back-contact solar cells, and the base metal wire electrodes (41) of the adjacent back-contact solar cells are electrically connected by means of the conductive members (50). The solar cell string and the preparation method therefor, the module and the system are simple to operate and do not require a high-precision alignment welding device, thereby reducing the transverse transmission loss, between electrodes, of carriers, increasing fill factors of cells and reducing a short-circuit current of the module and thus reducing the module packaging loss.
