Abstract
(EN) The present invention pertains to a method for producing cancer stem cells that includes obtaining a living cell population that contains cancer stem cells by culturing a living cell population that includes cancer cells in the joint presence of a gel substance, the gel substance being a material that induces the expression of osteopontin in at least some of the cells included in the living cell population. Furthermore, the present invention pertains to an inducer of the conversion of cancer cells into cancer stem cells, the inducer including a gel substance that induces the expression of osteopontin in at least some of the cells included in the living cell population. The gel substance comprises, for example, a double network gel, PNaSS gel, PCDME gel, PA gel, PAMPS gel, PDMA gel, or PAAc gel. Provided are a means and method with which it is possible to prepare cancer stem cells in a relatively short time at a relatively low culture cost without requiring expensive equipment.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de cellules souches cancéreuses qui comprend l’obtention d’une population de cellules vivantes qui contient des cellules souches cancéreuses par culture d’une population de cellules vivantes qui comprend les cellules cancéreuses en la présence conjointe d’une substance type gel, la substance type gel étant un matériau qui induit l’expression de l’ostéopontine dans au moins une partie des cellules comprises dans la population de cellules vivantes. En outre, la présente invention concerne un inducteur de la conversion des cellules cancéreuses en cellules souches cancéreuses, l’inducteur comprenant une substance type gel qui induit l’expression de l’ostéopontine dans au moins une partie des cellules comprises dans la population de cellules vivantes. La substance type gel comprend, par exemple, un gel en double réseau, du gel PNaSS, du gel PCDME, du gel PA, du gel PAMPS, du gel PDMA, ou du gel PAAc. L’invention concerne un moyen et un procédé grâce auxquels il est possible de préparer des cellules souches cancéreuses sur une relativement courte durée à relativement bas coût de culture sans nécessiter d’équipement coûteux.
