Abstract:
(EN) [Problem] To provide a vitamin E production method and a vitamin E production device capable of increasing the purity of vitamin E in a vitamin E concentrate. [Solution] A raw material oil supply part 1 supplies a raw material oil to a series column 4 including two or more columns 4a that are coupled in series and that contain a strong basic anion exchange body so as to cause vitamin E contained in the raw material oil to be adsorbed by the strong basic anion exchange body of at least one of the columns 4a of the series column 4. A desorption solution supply part 5 supplies a desorption solution to the columns 4a which have adsorbed vitamin E so that vitamin E is desorbed from the strong basic anion exchange body of the columns 4a.
(FR) Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé de production de vitamine E et un dispositif de production de vitamine E capable d'augmenter la pureté de la vitamine E dans un concentré de vitamine E. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une partie 1 d'alimentation en huile de matière première qui fournit une huile de matière première à une série de colonnes 4 comprenant deux colonnes 4a ou plus qui sont couplées en série et qui contiennent un corps d'échange d'anions basique fort de façon à amener la vitamine E contenue dans l'huile de matière première à être adsorbée par le corps d'échange d'anions basique fort d'au moins l'une des colonnes 4a de la série de colonnes 4. Une partie 5 d'alimentation en solution de désorption fournit une solution de désorption aux colonnes 4a qui ont adsorbé la vitamine E de telle sorte que la vitamine E est désorbée à partir du corps d'échange d'anions basique fort des colonnes 4a.
(JA) 【課題】ビタミンE類濃縮液中のビタミンE類の純度を高めることができるビタミンE類の製造方法およびビタミンE類製造装置を提供する。 【解決手段】原料油供給部1により、強塩基性陰イオン交換体を含むカラム4aが2つ以上直列に連結された直列カラム4に、原料油を供給することにより、直列カラム4の少なくとも1つのカラム4aの強塩基性陰イオン交換体に、原料油に含まれるビタミンE類を吸着させる。脱離溶液供給部5により、ビタミンE類が吸着されたカラム4aに脱離溶液を供給し、そのカラム4aの強塩基性陰イオン交換体からビタミンE類を脱離させる。
