[Problem] To provide a capacity control valve having an improved function of discharging a liquid refrigerant in a control chamber when a variable capacity compressor is started, the capacity control valve making it possible to shorten the start time of the variable capacity compressor and, at the same time, to increase responsiveness of capacity control at the time of control. [Solution] A capacity control valve comprising: a valve main body 2 having a first valve chamber 7 that channels a control pressure fluid and has a first valve seat surface 31A, and an internal space 4 that channels an intake pressure fluid; and a valve body 21 having an intermediate communication passage 26 that communicates the first valve chamber 7 and the internal space 4, and a first valve part 21C that separates from and comes into contact with the first valve seat surface 31A to open and close the intermediate communication passage 26; wherein the opening area of the first valve part 21C is less than the opening area of the intermediate communication passage 26.

Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de produire une soupape de commande de capacité ayant une fonction améliorée de sortie d'un fluide frigorigène liquide dans une chambre de commande lorsqu'un compresseur à capacité variable est démarré, la soupape de commande de capacité permettant de raccourcir le temps de démarrage du compresseur à capacité variable et, en même temps, d'augmenter la réactivité de la commande de capacité au moment de la commande. La solution selon l'invention porte sur une soupape de commande de capacité comprenant : un corps principal 2 de soupape ayant une première chambre 7 de soupape qui conduit un fluide de pression de commande et comporte une première surface de siège 31A de soupape, et un espace interne 4 qui conduit un fluide de pression d'admission ; et un corps 21 de soupape ayant un passage de communication intermédiaire 26 qui fait communiquer la première chambre 7 de soupape et l'espace interne 4, et une première partie de soupape 21C qui se sépare de la première surface de siège 31A de soupape et entre en contact avec celle-ci pour ouvrir et fermer le passage de communication intermédiaire 26 ; la superficie d'ouverture de la première partie de soupape 21C est inférieure à la superficie d'ouverture du passage de communication intermédiaire 26.

【課題】容量可変型圧縮機の起動時における制御室の液冷媒の排出機能を改善した容量制御弁において、容量可変型圧縮機の起動時間の短縮と、制御時における容量制御の応答性の向上とを同時に達成できる容量制御弁を提供する。 【解決手段】制御圧力の流体を通すと共に第1弁座面31Aを有する第1弁室7及び吸入圧力の流体を通す内部空間4を有するバルブ本体2と、第1弁室7と内部空間4とを連通する中間連通路26、第1弁座面31Aと離接して中間連通路26を開閉する第1弁部21Cを有する弁体21と、を備える容量制御弁において、第1弁部21Cの開口面積は中間連通路26の開口面積より小さい。
