Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusammensetzung (Z1 ) enthaltend ein thermoplastisches Polyurethan (TPU1 ), das zumindest im Temperaturbereich unter 50 C fest ist und Endgruppen ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Endgruppen (EG1 ) und Endgruppen (EG2) aufweist, wobei die Endgruppen (EG1 ) bei einer Temperatur (T1 ) bzw. die Endgruppen (EG2) bei einer Temperatur (T2) unter Bildung von reaktiven Gruppen am thermoplastischen Polyurethan (TPU1 ) abgespalten werden können, die eine Reaktion mit funktionellen Gruppen des thermoplastischen Polyurethans (TPU1 ) oder einer weiteren Komponente der Zusammensetzung (Z1 ) eingehen können, wobei die Temperatur (T1 ) und die Temperatur (T2) jeweils größer oder gleich 60 C ist. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft auch ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zusammensetzung (Z1 ) enthaltend ein thermoplastisches Polyurethan, sowie die Zusammensetzung enthaltend das thermoplastische Polyurethan erhältlich oder erhalten gemäß einem derartigen Verfahren. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung die Verwendung einer erfindungsgemäßen Zusammensetzung oder eines erfindungsgemäßen thermoplastischen Polyurethans zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Formkörpers und den erhaltenen Formkörper.

The invention relates to a composition (Z1) containing a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU1) which is solid at least in the temperature range below 50 °C and has end groups selected from the group consisting of end groups (EG1) and end groups (EG2). The end groups (EG1) and (EG2) can be split at a temperature (T1) and (T2), respectively, thereby forming reactive groups of the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU1), said groups being capable of undergoing a reaction with functional groups of the thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU1) or another component of the composition (Z1). The temperature (T1) and the temperature (T2) are each higher than or equal to 60 °C. The invention additionally relates to the use of a composition according to the invention or a thermoplastic polyurethane according to the invention for producing a molded body, to a method for producing a molded body, and to the molded body obtained in this manner.

La présente invention concerne une composition (Z1) contenant un polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPU1) qui est solide au moins dans la plage de température inférieure à 50 °C et qui contient des groupes terminaux choisis dans le groupe constitué par les groupes terminaux (EG1) et les groupes terminaux (EG2), les groupes terminaux (EG1) pouvant être séparés à une température (T2) et les groupes terminaux (EG2) pouvant être séparés à une température (T2) en formant des groupes réactifs sur le polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPU1), qui peuvent entrer en réaction avec des groupes fonctionnels du polyuréthane thermoplastique (TPU1) ou d'un autre composant de la composition (Z1), la température (T1) et la température (T2) étant respectivement supérieure ou égale à 60 °C. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d'une composition (Z1) contenant un polyuréthane thermoplastique, ainsi que la composition contenant le polyuréthane thermoplastique pouvant être obtenue ou obtenue selon un tel procédé. La présente invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'une composition selon l'invention ou d'un polyuréthane thermoplastique selon l'invention pour la fabrication d'un corps moulé ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication d'un corps moulé et le corps moulé obtenu.
