Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a device (1000) for mixing and conveying high-viscosity materials, having the following: - a main grid voltage connection (10), - a main electric motor (20) which is electrically connected to the main grid voltage connection (10), - a main hydraulic pump (30), said main hydraulic pump (30) being driven by means of the main electric motor (20) and supplying a mixer hydraulic circuit (40) and a compressed air hydraulic circuit (50), - a hydraulic mixer drive (60) which is supplied from the mixer hydraulic circuit (40), said hydraulic mixer drive (60) being provided for mixing the high-viscosity material, - a hydraulic compressor drive (70) which is supplied from the compressed air hydraulic circuit (50), said hydraulic compressor drive (70) being provided for generating compressed air, - an additional grid voltage connection (80), - an additional hydraulic system (90) which has the following: - an additional electric motor (100) which is electrically connected to the additional grid voltage connection (80) and which can be operated independently of the main electric motor (20), and - an additional hydraulic pump (110), said additional hydraulic pump (110) being driven by means of the additional electric motor (100), and - a controller (120) which is designed to actuate the additional hydraulic system (90) depending on a compressed air requirement such that in addition to the main hydraulic pump (30), the additional hydraulic pump (110) also supplies the compressed air hydraulic circuit (50).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (1000) de mélange et de transport de liquides épais, comprenant : un raccord de tension de réseau principal (10) ; un moteur électrique principal (20), lequel est relié électriquement au raccord de tension de réseau principal (10) ; une pompe hydraulique principale (30), laquelle est entraînée au moyen du moteur électrique principal (20) et alimente un circuit hydraulique de mélangeur (40) et un circuit hydraulique à air comprimé (50) ; un mécanisme d'entraînement de mélangeur hydraulique (60), lequel est alimenté depuis le circuit hydraulique de mélangeur (40) et sert à mélanger le liquide épais ; un mécanisme d'entraînement de compresseur hydraulique (70), lequel est alimenté depuis le circuit hydraulique à air comprimé (50) et sert à produire de l'air comprimé ; un raccord de tension de réseau supplémentaire (80) ; un système hydraulique supplémentaire (90) qui possède : un moteur électrique supplémentaire (100), lequel est relié électriquement au raccord de tension de réseau supplémentaire (80) et peut fonctionner indépendamment du moteur électrique principal (20), et une pompe hydraulique supplémentaire (110), laquelle est entraînée au moyen du moteur électrique supplémentaire (100), et un appareil de commande (120) qui est conçu pour commander le système hydraulique supplémentaire (90) en fonction d'un besoin en air comprimé de telle sorte que la pompe hydraulique supplémentaire (110) alimente le circuit hydraulique à air comprimé (50) en plus de la pompe hydraulique principale (30).
(DE) Vorrichtung (1000) zur Mischung und Förderung von Dickstoffen, aufweisend: - einen Haupt-Netzspannungsanschluss (10), - einen Haupt-Elektromotor (20), der elektrisch mit dem Haupt-Netzspannungsanschluss (10) verbunden ist, - eine Haupt-Hydraulikpumpe (30), wobei die Haupt-Hydraulikpumpe (30) mittels des Haupt-Elektromotors (20) angetrieben ist und einen Mischer-Hydraulikkreislauf (40) und einen Druckluft-Hydraulikkreislauf (50) speist, - einen hydraulischen Mischerantrieb (60), der aus dem Mischer-Hydraulikreislauf (40) gespeist ist, wobei der hydraulische Mischerantrieb (60) zum Mischen des Dickstoffs vorgesehen ist, - einen hydraulischen Kompressorantrieb (70), der aus dem Druckluft-Hydraulikreislauf (50) gespeist ist, wobei der hydraulische Kompressorantrieb (70) zur Drucklufterzeugung vorgesehen ist, - einen Zusatz-Netzspannungsanschluss (80), - ein Zusatz-Hydrauliksystem (90), aufweisend: - einen Zusatz-Elektromotor (100), der elektrisch mit dem Zusatz-Netzspannungsanschluss (80) verbunden ist und der unabhängig von dem Haupt-Elektromotor (20) betreibbar ist, und - eine Zusatz-Hydraulikpumpe (110), wobei die Zusatz-Hydraulikpumpe (110) mittels des Zusatz-Elektromotors (100) angetrieben ist, und - eine Steuereinrichtung (120), die dazu ausgebildet ist, in Abhängigkeit von einem Druckluftbedarf das Zusatz-Hydrauliksystem (90) derart anzusteuern, dass die Zusatz-Hydraulikpumpe (110) den Druckluft-Hydraulikkreislauf (50) zusätzlich zu der Haupt-Hydraulikpumpe (30) speist.
