Disclosed is a reflection apparatus (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d), a light source module (100, 100a, 100b, 100c, 100d) and an illumination apparatus (100e, 100f), wherein the reflection apparatus (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) comprises a first optical element (12, 4e, 4f) and a second optical element (13, 5e, 5f); both the first optical element (12, 4e, 4f) and the second optical element (13, 5e, 5f) are transparent; the second optical element (13, 5e, 5f) is provided with a side wall (130, 130a, 130b, 130c, 130d, 50e) and a light outlet (14, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 54e), with an optical space (501e) being enclosed by the side wall (130, 130a, 130b, 130c, 130d, 50e) and being in communication with the light outlet (14, 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, 54e); the first optical element (12, 4e, 4f) is encircled by the side wall (130, 130a, 130b, 130c, 130d, 50e) of the second optical element (13, 5e, 5f), and extends into the optical space (501e); the first optical element (12, 4e, 4f) has a light-incident surface (121, 41e) and a light-emitting surface (122, 42e), and an accommodating cavity (120, 410e) is enclosed by the light-incident surface (121, 41e); with regard to the illumination apparatus (100e, 100f), the reflection apparatus (10, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d) therein uses the two optical elements (12, 4e, 4f, 13, 5e, 5f) in combination; the first optical element (12, 4e, 4f) is a general lens for adjusting the light-emitting angle; the second optical element (13, 5e, 5f) is a transparent reflector for changing the light-emitting direction; and the reflector (13, 5e, 5f) does not require electroplating processing to achieve the effect of total reflection, thus being low in cost and having a higher light-emitting efficiency.
