Abstract
(EN) The disclosure belongs to the biomedical technical field, and in particular relates to a neural stem cell agent for the treatment of Parkinson's disease by intranasal administration, and a preparation method and application thereof. The disclosure provides a preparation method of a neural stem cell agent for treatment of Parkinson's disease by intranasal administration, comprising the steps of: culturing and purifying a seed cell; culturing the cell to generation P6-P8; operating a cell bank; and formulating a therapeutic agent for Parkinson's disease. The disclosure provides a neural stem cell agent for the treatment of Parkinson's disease by intranasal administration, and a preparation method and application thereof. The agent quickly forms a solid film at body temperatures after being dropped or injected into the nasal cavity, attaches to the nasal cavity to be slowly absorbed by the cells, and does not enter into the oral cavity or the lungs with respiration, thereby facilitating use by the patient and the doctor, and experimental data shows that its efficacy and safety are better than dosing from the traumatic striatum. The agent can be used to treat Parkinson's disease and does not require the use of immunosuppressive agents.
(FR) L'invention concerne le domaine technique biomédical, et concerne en particulier un agent de cellules souches neurales pour le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson par administration intranasale, et sa méthode de préparation et son application. L'invention concerne une méthode de préparation d'un agent de cellules souches neurales pour le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson par administration intranasale, comprenant les étapes consistant à: la culture et la purification d'une cellule germe; la culture de la cellule pour génération P6-P8; le fonctionnement d'une banque de cellules; et la formulation d'un agent thérapeutique pour la maladie de Parkinson. L'invention concerne un agent de cellules souches neurales pour le traitement de la maladie de Parkinson par administration intranasale, et une méthode de préparation et une application de celle-ci. L'agent forme rapidement un film solide à des températures corporelles après avoir été déposé ou injecté dans la cavité nasale, se fixe à la cavité nasale pour être lentement absorbé par les cellules, et ne pénètre pas dans la cavité buccale ou les poumons avec la respiration, ce qui facilite l'utilisation par le patient et le médecin, et des données expérimentales montrent que son efficacité et sa sûreté sont meilleures que le dosage à partir du striatum traumatique.
