Abstract
(EN) An activation method for preparing a resin catalyst of trichlorosilane, comprising: introducing a chlorosilane raw material containing silicon tetrachloride as a main component and an activator into a reactor accommodating the resin catalyst and reacting to obtain an activator intermediate; wherein the basicity of the activator is greater than the basicity of the resin catalyst. The chlorosilane raw material includes silicon tetrachloride, dichlorosilane, and a small amount of BCl3 as an impurity. The adsorption strength of the activator with respect to BCl3 is greater than that of the resin catalyst with respect to BCl3, and thus BCl3 is prevented from forming a stable adduct with the resin catalyst, the service life of the resin catalyst is prolonged, the activation effect is significant, and the resin maintains good performance. The reaction for preparing trichlorosilane is continuously and stably performed and the resin catalyst activation is completed on-line, thereby preventing secondary pollution of the resin catalyst when stopping production to replace the resin catalyst externally, and thus normal production operations are not affected.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé d'activation destiné à préparer un catalyseur de résine de trichlorosilane, consistant : à introduire une matière première de chlorosilane contenant du tétrachlorure de silicium en tant que constituant principal et un activateur dans un réacteur recevant le catalyseur de résine, et à faire réagir en vue d'obtenir un intermédiaire d'activateur ; la basicité de l'activateur étant supérieure à la basicité du catalyseur de résine. La matière première de chlorosilane comprend du tétrachlorure de silicium, du dichlorosilane et une petite quantité de BCl3 en tant qu'impureté. La force d'adsorption de l'activateur par rapport à BCl3 est supérieure à celle du catalyseur de résine par rapport à BCl3, empêchant ainsi BCl3 de former un produit d'addition stable avec le catalyseur de résine, la durée de vie du catalyseur de résine est prolongée, l'effet d'activation est significatif, et la résine conserve un rendement satisfaisant. La réaction destinée à préparer le trichlorosilane est effectuée de manière continue et stable et l'activation du catalyseur de résine est achevée en ligne, ce qui permet d'empêcher une pollution secondaire du catalyseur de résine lors de l'arrêt de la production en vue de remplacer le catalyseur de résine de l'extérieur, et ainsi les opérations de production normales ne sont pas affectées.
(ZH) 提供一种制备三氯氢硅的树脂催化剂的活化方法,将以四氯化硅为主要成分的氯硅烷原料和活化剂通入具有树脂催化剂的反应器中反应得到活化剂中间体;其中活化剂的碱性大于树脂催化剂的碱性。氯硅烷原料包括四氯化硅、二氯二氢硅和少量的杂质BCl 3。活化剂对BCl 3的吸附强于树脂催化剂对BCl 3的吸附,避免BCl 3与树脂催化剂形成稳定加合物,延长了树脂催化剂使用寿命,活化效果明显,使树脂保持良好的性能,制备三氯氢硅的反应持续稳定地进行,树脂催化剂的活化在线完成,防止停产进行更换时在室外造成对树脂催化剂的二次污染,不影响生产的正常运行。
