A blood cell analysis method, and blood cell analysis instrument. For the method and instrument, characteristic white blood cell fragment information is acquired according to side scatter information and fluorescence information of blood cells; characteristic platelet information is acquired according to forward scatter information and the fluorescence information; and a platelet count is acquired by means of the characteristic platelet information and characteristic white blood cell fragment information. The present invention eliminates the influence of white blood cell fragments on a platelet count, and improves counting accuracy of platelets without increasing costs.

L'invention concerne un procédé d'analyse de cellules sanguines et un instrument d'analyse de cellules sanguines. Pour le procédé et l'instrument, des informations de fragment de globules blancs caractéristiques sont acquises en fonction d'informations de diffusion latérale et d'informations de fluorescence de cellules sanguines ; des informations de plaquettes caractéristiques sont acquises en fonction d'informations de diffusion vers l'avant et des informations de fluorescence ; et un comptage de plaquettes est acquis au moyen des informations de plaquettes caractéristiques et des informations de fragment de globules blancs caractéristiques. La présente invention élimine l'influence de fragments de globules blancs sur un comptage de plaquettes et permet d'améliorer la précision de comptage de plaquettes sans augmenter les coûts.

一种血液细胞分析方法及血液细胞分析仪。该方法和仪器中根据血液细胞的侧向散射光信息和荧光信息,得到表征白细胞碎片信息,根据前向散射光信息和荧光信息,得到表征血小板信息,再由表征血小板信息和表征白细胞碎片信息,得到血小板计数值,可避免白细胞碎片对血小板的计数影响,在不提高成本的前提下,保障血小板的计数精确度。
