Abstract

A curable composition is disclosed. The curable composition comprises: (A) an organopolysiloxane containing at least two silicon-bonded aliphatically unsaturated groups per molecule; (B) an organohydrogensiloxane containing at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms per molecule; (C) a hydrosilylation-reaction catalyst; (D) a hydrosilylation-reaction inhibitor; and (E) a catalyst different from component (C) and capable of deactivating the (D) hydrosilylation-reaction inhibitor at an elevated temperature of from 50 to 120 C such that components (A) and (B) react in the presence of at least component (C) at the elevated temperature. A process of preparing a coated substrate with the curable composition is also disclosed.

La présente invention concerne une composition durcissable. La composition durcissable comprend : (A) un organopolysiloxane contenant au moins deux groupes aliphatiquement insaturés liés à de la silice par molécule ; (B) un organohydrogénosiloxane contenant au moins deux atomes d’hydrogène liés à de la silice par molécule ; (C) un catalyseur de réaction d’hydrosilylation ; (D) un inhibiteur de réaction d’hydrosilylation ; et (E) un catalyseur différent du constituant (C) et capable de désactiver (D) l’inhibiteur de réaction d’hydrosilylation à une température élevée de 50 à 120 °C de sorte que les constituants (A) et (B) réagissent en présence au moins du constituant (C) à la température élevée. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d’un substrat revêtu avec la composition durcissable.
