Abstract
(EN) A method for controlling a transfer speed of a tool magazine, according to an embodiment of the present invention, may comprise the steps of: obtaining a required precision of machining; determining whether a preset heavy tool is present in a transfer path between a tool port at a current standby port position of the tool magazine and a tool port designated as a next scheduled use; and transferring the tool port designated as a next scheduled use of the tool magazine to the standby port position, and, when a present heavy tool is present in the transfer path, decreasing the transfer speed of the tool magazine according to the required precision or stopping the transfer of the tool magazine until the machining is completed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, it is possible to provide a method and an apparatus for controlling a transfer speed of a tool magazine, which can ensure machining performance and speed to a satisfactory level.
(FR) Selon un mode de réalisation, l'invention porte sur un procédé de commande d'une vitesse de transfert d'un magasin d'outils qui peut comprendre les étapes consistant à : obtenir une précision requise d'usinage; déterminer si un outil lourd prédéfini est présent dans un trajet de transfert entre un port d'outil à une position de port en attente actuelle du magasin d'outils et un port d'outil désigné comme une utilisation planifiée suivante; et transférer le port d'outil désigné comme une utilisation planifiée suivante du magasin d'outils à la position de port en attente, et, lorsqu'un présent outil lourd est présent dans le trajet de transfert, diminuer la vitesse de transfert du magasin d'outils selon la précision requise ou arrêter le transfert du magasin d'outils jusqu'à l'achèvement de l'usinage. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, il est possible de fournir un procédé et un appareil pour commander une vitesse de transfert d'un magasin d'outils, ce qui peut assurer une performance et une vitesse d'usinage à un niveau satisfaisant.
(KO) 본 명세서의 일 실시 예는 공구 매거진 이송 속도 제어 방법은, 가공의 요구 정밀도를 획득하는 단계, 상기 공구 매거진의 현재 대기 포트 위치의 공구 포트와 다음 사용 예정으로 지정된 공구 포트 사이의 이송 경로에 미리 설정된 중(heavy) 공구가 존재하는지 판단하는 단계, 상기 공구 매거진의 다음 사용 예정으로 지정된 공구 포트를 상기 대기 포트 위치로 이송하되, 상기 이송 경로에 미리 설정된 중 공구가 존재하면, 상기 요구 정밀도에 따라 상기 공구 매거진의 이송 속도를 감소시키거나 상기 공구 매거진의 이송을 상기 가공이 완료될 때까지 중단하는 단계를 포함할 수 있다. 본 명세서의 일 실시 예에 따르면 가공 성능과 가공 속도를 만족할 수준으로 확보 할 수 있는 공구 매거진 이송 속도 제어 방법 및 장치를 제공할 수 있다.
