A latent heat storage material composition of one embodiment of the present invention is obtained by blending a latent heat storage material with an additive that adjusts the physical properties of the latent heat storage material, wherein the latent heat storage material comprises an inorganic salt hydrate in which the number of molecules of water of hydration nw is such that 2 ≤ nw. The additive is an agent for adjusting the melting point of the latent heat storage material, contains at least a substance that belongs to the group of sugar alcohol compounds, and is a substance having the physical property of producing a negative heat of dissolution when dissolved in moisture contained in the latent heat storage material. Within the latent heat storage material composition as a whole, the substance that belongs to the group of sugar alcohol compounds is present at a concentration that satisfies formulae (1) and (2) per 1 mole of water of hydration of the latent heat storage material. L’invention concerne une composition de matériau de stockage de chaleur latente. Selon un mode de réalisation, l’invention concerne l’obtention par mélange d'un matériau de stockage de chaleur latente avec un additif qui ajuste les propriétés physiques du matériau de stockage de chaleur latente, le matériau de stockage de chaleur latente comprenant un hydrate de sel inorganique dans lequel le nombre de molécules d'eau d'hydratation nw est tel que 2 ≤ nw. L'additif est un agent pour ajuster le point de fusion du matériau de stockage de chaleur latente, il contient au moins une substance qui appartient au groupe de composés d'alcool de sucre, et est une substance ayant la propriété physique de produire une chaleur négative de dissolution lorsqu'elle est dissoute dans l'humidité contenue dans le matériau de stockage de chaleur latente.
