Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a display device with a built-in touch sensor, the display device comprising: an organic insulating film in which a separating groove is formed such that the organic insulating film to the outside of a display region is separated; a sealing film that covers the organic insulating film and the inside of the separating groove; a plurality of first electrodes that are arranged on the sealing film in the display region in a two-dimensional manner, the first electrodes that are adjacent to each other in a first direction being connected to each other through a first connecting line; a plurality of second electrodes that are arranged in a two dimensional manner in the same layer as or a different layer from the first electrodes, each of the second electrodes being surrounding by the first electrodes in a plan view, and the second electrodes that are adjacent to each other in a second direction being connected to each other through a second connecting line that intersects with the first connecting line in a plan view; an interlayer insulating film that is interposed between the first connecting line and the second connecting line, and that fills in the separating groove covered by the sealing film; and a lead-out wiring line that is connected to the first electrodes or the second electrodes, and that passes over the portion where the interlayer insulating film covers the separating groove.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage pourvu d'un capteur tactile intégré, le dispositif d'affichage comprenant : un film isolant organique dans lequel une rainure de séparation est formée de telle sorte que le film isolant organique sur l'extérieur d'une région d'affichage est séparé ; un film d'étanchéité qui recouvre le film isolant organique et l'intérieur de la rainure de séparation ; une pluralité de premières électrodes qui sont disposées sur le film d'étanchéité dans la région d'affichage d'une manière bidimensionnelle, les premières électrodes qui sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre dans une première direction étant reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une première ligne de connexion ; une pluralité de secondes électrodes qui sont agencées de manière bidimensionnelle dans la même couche que les premières électrodes ou dans une couche différente, chacune des secondes électrodes étant entourée par les premières électrodes dans une vue en plan, et les secondes électrodes qui sont adjacentes l'une à l'autre dans une seconde direction étant reliées l'une à l'autre par l'intermédiaire d'une seconde ligne de connexion qui croise la première ligne de connexion dans une vue en plan ; un film isolant intercouche qui est interposé entre la première ligne de connexion et la seconde ligne de connexion, et qui remplit la rainure de séparation recouverte par le film d'étanchéité ; et une ligne de câblage de sortie qui est connectée aux premières électrodes ou aux secondes électrodes, et qui passe sur la partie où le film isolant intercouche recouvre la rainure de séparation.
