Abstract:
(EN) This method for producing a sintered component is provided with: a moulding step in which a starting material powder including a plurality of metal particles is press-moulded to prepare a moulded body; a cutting step in which a cutting tool having a plurality of cutting blades arranged on the circumference is rotated such that each of the cutting blades intermittently cuts the surface of the moulded body; and a sintering step which is performed after the cutting step, and in which the moulded body is sintered. The cutting speed of the cutting tool is 1000 m/min or faster.
(FR) Procédé de production d'un composant fritté pourvu : d'une étape de moulage dans laquelle une poudre de matière première comprenant une pluralité de particules métalliques est moulée par pressage pour préparer un corps moulé ; d'une étape de coupe dans laquelle un outil de coupe ayant une pluralité de lames coupantes disposées sur la circonférence est mis en rotation de telle sorte que chacune des lames coupantes coupe par intermittence la surface du corps moulé ; et d'une étape de frittage qui est réalisée après l'étape de coupe, et dans laquelle le corps moulé est fritté. La vitesse de coupe de l'outil de coupe est de 1000 m/min ou plus.
