Abstract:
The present invention falls within the field of insulating materials, specifically of compounds for optimizing adherence when insulating wires used in vehicles. A subject matter of the present invention is a formulation comprising, in percent by weight of the components in relation to the total weight of the composition, 10-40% of a polyolefin, 40-60% of a mineral charge, 1-4% of an antioxidant, 1-2% of an organosilane, 0.5-2.5% of an organic peroxide and erucamide comprising 0.1-0.5%. Another subject matter of the present invention is a product produced by mixing said formulation and by subsequently cross-linking same. Said formulation allows a compound to be produced which meets the necessary standards, and controls and improves adhesiveness of the insulator to the conducting wire, which is an important property for wiring.
