Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for the determination of processing influences on the quality of feedstuff raw materials and/or feedstuffs, in which the processing conditions indicator of the of feedstuff raw materials and/or feedstuffs is determined and the specific digestibility coefficient of an amino acid of a feedstuff raw material and/or feedstuff in an animal species is determined. The present invention also relates to a process for the optimization of feedstuffs considering the determined processing influences and the thus obtained and/or obtainable feedstuffs.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de détermination d'influences de transformations sur la qualité de matières premières d'aliments pour animaux et/ou d'aliments pour animaux, selon lequel l'indicateur de conditions de transformations des matières premières d'aliments pour animaux et/ou des aliments pour animaux est déterminé et le coefficient de digestibilité spécifique d'un acide aminé d'une matière première d'aliment pour animaux et/ou d'aliments pour animaux chez une espèce animale est déterminé. La présente invention concerne également un procédé d'optimisation d'aliments pour animaux prenant en compte les influences de transformations déterminées et les aliments pour animaux obtenus et/ou pouvant être obtenus au moyen dudit procédé.
