Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung (300) zur Herstellung eines runden Voll- oder Hohlprofils (110) aus Metall, das am Außenumfang und/oder Innenumfang mit einer Schrägverzahnung (120) ausgebildet ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird das Profil (110) mittels Ziehen oder Pressen durch eine mit einer Verzahnungskontur ausgebildeten Matrize (320) hergestellt, wobei die Verzahnungskontur einen Drall aufweist und die Matrize (320) oder das Profil (110) eine Drehbewegung (D) ausführt. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein hierauf basierendes Verfahren zur Herstellung schrägverzahnter Zahnräder.

The invention relates to a method and to a device (300) for producing a round solid or hollow profile (110) made of metal, which is formed on the outer circumference and/or inner circumference having a helical toothing (120). According to the invention, the profile (110) is produced by means of pulling or pressing through a die (320) having a toothing contour, wherein the toothing contour has a twist, and the die (320) or the profile (110) executes a rotational movement (D). The invention further relates to a method based thereon for producing helically toothed gearwheels.

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif (300) de fabrication d'un profilé plein ou creux (110) métallique arrondi, conçu avec une denture hélicoïdale (120) sur la périphérie externe et/ou la périphérie interne. Selon l'invention, le profilé (110) est fabriqué par étirage ou pressage par l'intermédiaire d'une matrice (320) conçue avec un contour de denture, le contour de denture présentant une hélice et la matrice (320) ou le profilé (110) exécutant une rotation (D). L'invention concerne un procédé ainsi basé aux fins de fabrication de roues à denture hélicoïdale.
