Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a process for producing cycloalkenamer-containing compositions, comprising the steps of: a) converting at least one cycloalkene by ring-opening metathetic polymerization to obtain a polyalkenamer-containing product mixture, and b) working up the product mixture to remove monomers and oligomers of the cycloalkenes to obtain the polyalkenamer-containing composition by extraction with CO2, whereby the polyalkenamers are polymers of cycloalkenes which comprise at least five cycloalkane monomer units, wherein the extraction comprises at least two stages: b0) an extraction with liquid CO2, then b1) an extraction with supercritical CO2, then b2) an extraction with gaseous CO2, then b0) an extraction with liquid CO2, then and then b3) an extraction with supercritical CO2.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de production de compositions contenant des cycloalcénamères, comprenant les étapes consistant : a) à convertir au moins un cycloalcène par une polymérisation métathétique de décyclisation, pour obtenir un mélange de produits contenant des polyalcénamères, et b) à traiter le mélange de produits pour éliminer les monomères et oligomères des cycloalcènes, dans le but d'obtenir la composition contenant des polyalcénamères par extraction avec du CO2, les polyalcénamères étant ainsi des polymères de cycloalcènes qui comprennent au moins cinq motifs monomères cycloalcane, l'extraction comprenant au moins deux étapes : b0) une extraction avec du CO2 liquide, puis b1) une extraction avec du CO2 supercritique, puis b2) une extraction avec du CO2 gazeux, puis b0) une extraction avec du CO2 liquide, puis b3) une extraction avec du CO2 supercritique.
