Abstract:
(EN) A drive device for supplying power to high-load electric motors, having a generator (2), which supplies the electric motor via at least one line (4) and can be driven by an internal combustion engine (6) via a mechanical coupling by means of a shaft (8), is characterized in that it comprises a hydraulic hybrid system having at least one hydraulic accumulator (18) and a connection that is mechanically coupleable to the shaft (8) of the generator (2) via a pump shaft (12) of a variable displacement motor-pump unit (14), by means of which connection hydraulic energy that can be used as additional drive output of the generator (2) during motor operation of the variable displacement motor-pump unit (14) can be stored in the accumulator (18) during pump operation, which motor-pump unit can swing from motor operation to pump operation and vice versa as a two-quadrant unit, and in that the generator (2) is exclusively operated in a generator mode in which the generator output can be taken back to a zero value.
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif d’entraînement, destiné à alimenter des moteurs électriques fortement chargés, comprenant un générateur (2) alimentant le moteur électrique concerné par le biais d’au moins une ligne (4) et pouvant être entraîné par un moteur à combustion interne (6) au moyen d’un arbre (8) par un accouplement mécanique. L’invention est caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d’entraînement comprend un système hybride hydraulique qui comporte au moins un accumulateur hydraulique (18) et une connexion pouvant être accouplée mécaniquement à l’arbre (8) du générateur (2) par le biais d’un arbre de pompe (12) d’une unité formant pompe-moteur de déplacement (14), laquelle connexion permet de stocker dans l’accumulateur (18) de l’énergie hydraulique de pompage qui peut être utilisée comme puissance d’entraînement supplémentaire du générateur (2) en mode moteur de l’unité formant pompe-moteur de déplacement (14) qui peut être pivotée, en tant qu’unité à deux quadrants, du mode moteur au mode pompe et inversement, et en ce que le générateur (2) fonctionne exclusivement en mode générateur dont la puissance peut être réduite à zéro.
(DE) Eine Antriebseinrichtung zur Energieversorgung hochbelasteter Elektromotoren, mit einem den betreffenden Elektromotor über mindestens eine Leitung (4) versorgenden Generator (2), der durch eine Verbrennungskraftmaschine (6) über eine mechanische Kopplung mittels einer Welle (8) antreibbar ist, ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein hydraulisches Hybridsystem aufweist, das zumindest einen Hydrospeicher (18) und eine mit der Welle (8) des Generators (2) über eine Pumpenwelle (12) einer Verstell-Motor-Pumpeneinheit (14) mechanisch kuppelbare Verbindung aufweist, mittels deren im Pumpbetrieb hydraulische Energie im Speicher (18) speicher bar ist, die im Motorbetrieb der Verstell-Motor-Pumpeneinheit (14) als zusätzliche Antriebsleistung des Generators (2) nutzbar ist, die als Zweiquadranteneinheit von dem Motorbetrieb in den Pumpenbetrieb und umgekehrt durchschwenkbar ist und dass der Generator (2) ausschließlich im Generatorbetrieb betrieben ist, dessen Generatorleistung auf den Wert Null zurückführbar ist.
