Abstract:

The aim of the invention is to reduce the mechanical load of the casing and/or the central pipe of a tray of a contact kettle. To this end, a segment is provided for forming a membrane bottom for a contact kettle, particularly for the oxidation of SO
2
to SO
3
, the segment having a projection surface, parallel to a longitudinal axis L, which is a cutout from a circular ring around a middle point M, the longitudinal axis L extending through the middle point M, the segment comprising an inner edge facing the middle point, an outer edge opposing the inner edge, radially from the middle point, and two side edges, the side edges laterally defining the projection surface of the segment, from the inner edge to the outer edge, in the radial direction from the middle point. Such a so-called partially detached segment according to the invention can build a membrane bottom in such a way that, during operation, forces acting on the membrane bottom do not act in the peripheral direction of the T-bars with tensile stress, and the casing and central pipe of the converter are not loaded with radial forces, the T-bars projecting into the catalyst mass in order to reduce the height of the converter.

L’invention concerne un segment pour la formation d’un fond à membrane pour une chaudière à contact, en particulier pour l’oxydation de SO

, pour réduire la charge mécanique du manteau et/ou du tuyau central d’une claie d’une chaudière à contact, le segment ayant une surface de projection parallèle, dans la vue en plan, à un axe longitudinal L, ladite surface de projection étant une section d’un anneau autour d’un point central M, l’axe longitudinal L passant par le point central M, le segment comprenant un bord intérieur tourné vers le point central, un bord extérieur radialement opposé au bord intérieur vu du point central, ainsi que deux bords latéraux, les bords latéraux limitant latéralement la surface de projection du segment en direction radiale du bord intérieur vers le bord extérieur, vu du point central. Un tel segment qui repose en quelque sorte partiellement lâche, selon l’invention, permet de former un fond à membrane de telle façon que les forces agissant durant le fonctionnement sur le fond à membrane n’agissent pas avec une contrainte de traction dans la direction circonférentielle des supports en T et que le manteau et le tuyau central du convertisseur ne soient pas chargés par des forces radiales, les supports en T pénétrant en même temps dans la masse de catalyseur afin de réduire la hauteur de construction du convertisseur.

Ein derartiges erfindungsgemäßes, sozusagen teilweise lose aufliegendes Segment erlaubt es, einen Membranboden so aufzubauen, dass im Betrieb auf den Membranboden wirkende Kräfte nicht in Umfangsrichtung der T-Träger mit Zugspannung wirken, und dass Mantel und Zentralrohr des Konverters nicht mit radialen Kräfte belastet werden, wobei gleichzeitig die T-Träger in die Katalysatormasse hineinragen um die Bauhöhe des Konverters zur reduzieren.
