Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a steel for manufacturing a component by hot forming after austenization. The steel consists of in weight % less than or equal to 0.2 %, carbon (C), less than or equal to 3.5 % silicon (Si), 1.5 - 16.0 % manganese (Mn), 8.0 - 14.0 % chromium (Cr), less than or equal to 6.0 % nickel (Ni), less than or equal to 1.0 % nitrogen (N), less than or equal to 1.2 % niobium (Nb) linked to the formula Nb = 4x(C+N), less than or equal to 1.2 % titanium (Ti) so that Ti = 4x(C+N) + 0.15, and further optionally less than or equal to 2.0 % molybdenum (Mo), less than or equal to 0.15 % vanadium (V), less than or equal to 2.0 % copper (Cu), less than 0.2 % aluminum (Al), less than or equal to 0.05 % boron (B), the rest being iron and evitable impurities occupying in stainless steels. The invention also relates to the steel in transportation parts of vehicles and in pressure vessels or tubes.
(FR) L'invention concerne un acier pour la fabrication d'un composant par formage à chaud après austénitisation. L'acier comprend, en % massiques, au maximum 0,2 % de carbone (C), au maximum 3,5 % de silicium (Si), de 1,5 à 16,0 % de manganèse (Mn), de 8,0 à 14,0 % de chrome (Cr), au maximum 6,0 % de nickel (Ni), au maximum 1,0 % d'azote (N), au maximum 1,2 % de niobium (Nb) lié à la formule Nb = 4x(C+N), au maximum 1,2 % de titane (Ti) de sorte que Ti = 4x(C+N) + 0,15, et en outre, en option, au maximum 2,0 % de molybdène (Mo), au maximum 0,15 % de vanadium (V), au maximum 2,0 % de cuivre (Cu), moins de 0,2 % d'aluminium (Al), au maximum 0,05 % de bore (B), le reste étant du fer et des impuretés évitables présentes dans les aciers inoxydables. L'invention concerne également l'acier dans des pièces de transport de véhicules et dans des récipients ou des tubes sous pression.
