Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to direct-structurable coating compositions comprising a metal oxide precursor, a photoacid generator, and a solvent. The present invention also relates to the use of such a coating composition to produce directly structured metal oxide layers, a method for producing metal oxide layers using such a coating composition, a metal oxide-containing layer produced according to such a method, and the use of such a metal oxide-containing layer to produce electronic components, in particular to produce transistors, diodes, sensors or solar cells.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des compositions de revêtement à structuration directe comprenant un précurseur d'oxyde métallique, un photogénérateur d'acide et un solvant. La présente invention concerne en outre l'utilisation d'une telle composition de revêtement pour la fabrication de couches d'oxyde métallique à structuration directe, un procédé de fabrication de couches d'oxyde métallique à l'aide d'une telle composition de revêtement, une couche contenant de l'oxyde métallique fabriquée par un tel procédé, ainsi que l'utilisation d'une telle couche contenant de l'oxyde métallique pour la fabrication de composants électroniques, en particulier pour la fabrication de transistors, de diodes, de capteurs ou de cellules solaires.
(DE) Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung sind direkt-strukturierbare Beschichtungszusammensetzungen umfassend einen Metalloxid-Prekursor, einen Photosäuregenerator und ein Lösemittel. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft weiterhin die Verwendung einer solchen Beschichtungszusammensetzung zur Herstellung direkt-strukturierter metalloxidischer Schichten, ein Verfahren zur Herstellung metalloxidischer Schichten unter Verwendung einer solchen Beschichtungszusammensetzung, eine nach einem solchen Verfahren hergestellte Metalloxid-haltige Schicht, sowie die Verwendung einer solchen Metalloxid-haltigen Schicht zur Herstellung elektronischer Bauteile, insbesondere zur Herstellung von Transistoren, Dioden, Sensoren oder Solarzellen.
