Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Magnetventil-Einrichtung (10) für ein Fluid-System, insbesondere Druckluft-System, wobei die bistabile Magnetventil-Einrichtung (10) aufweist: ein bistabiles Magnetventil (1) mit einem Permanentmagnet (4) und einem zwischen einer ersten Ankerposition (I) und zweiten Ankerposition (II) verstellbaren Anker (6), einer ersten Schaltspule (5a) zur Bestromung für eine Verstellung des Ankers (6) in die erste Ankerposition (I) sowie einer zweiten Schaltspule (5b) zur Bestromung für eine Verstellung des Ankers (6) in die zweite Ankerposition (II), einer Endstufe (11) zur Ansteuerung oder Bestromung der Schaltspulen (5a, 5b). Hierbei ist vorgesehen, dass eine Auswerteeinrichtung (14) zur Messung einer induzierten Spulenspannung (Uia, Uib) und/oder eines induzierten Spulenstromes an mindestens einer nicht bestromten Schaltspule (5a, 5b) und zur Bewertung eines Schaltverhaltens des Ankers (6) vorgesehen ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a solenoid valve device (10) for a fluid system, in particular a compressed air system, wherein the bistable solenoid valve device (10) comprises: a bistable solenoid valve (1) with a permanent magnet (4) and an armature (6) which can be adjusted between a first armature position (I) and a second armature position (II), a first switching coil (5a) for energization for an adjustment of the armature (6) into the first armature position (I), and a second switching coil (5b) for energization for an adjustment of the armature (6) into the second armature position (II), and an output stage (11) for the actuation or energization of the switching coils (5a, 5b). It is provided here that an evaluation device (14) is provided for the measurement of an induced coil voltage (Uia, Uib) and/or an induced coil current on at least one non-energized switching coil (5a, 5b) and for the evaluation of a switching behaviour of the armature (6).
(FR) L’invention concerne un dispositif à électrovanne (10) destiné à un système fluidique, en particulier un système à air comprimé. Le dispositif à électrovanne bistable (10) comprend : une électrovanne bistable (1) comportant un aimant permanent (4) et un induit (6) déplaçable entre une première position d’induit (I) et une deuxième position d’induit (II), une première bobine de commutation (5a) dont l’excitation amène l’induit (6) dans la première position d’induit (I) et une deuxième bobine de commutation (5b) dont l’excitation amène l’induit (6) dans la deuxième position d’induit (II), un étage de sortie (11) servant à commander ou exciter les bobines de commutation (5a, 5b). Selon l’invention, un dispositif d’évaluation (14) est prévue sur au moins une bobine de commutation non excitée (5a, 5b) pour mesurer une tension de bobine induite (Uia , Uib) et/ou un courant de bobine induit et pour évaluer le comportement en commutation de l’induit (6).
