Abstract
(DE) Die vorliegenden Erfindung betrifft ein Pulver für ein additives Fertigungsverfahren aufweisend einen d2- Wert von 10 μm oder mehr, einen d90 - Wert von 200 μm oder weniger und einen Quotienten ELaw/d50 ≤ 0,8 KJ(KG*μm), wobei ELaw die Lawinenenergie und d50 den mittleren Partikeldurchmesser angibt. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils mittels additiver Fertigung unter Verwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Pulvers.
(EN) The invention relates to a powder for an additive manufacturing method having a d2- value of 10 μm or more, a d90- value of 200 μm or less and a quotient ELaw/d50 ≤ 0,8 KJ(KG*μm), wherein ELaw indicates the avalanche energy and d50 the average particle diameter. The invention further relates to a method for producing a component by means of additive manufacturing using the claimed powder.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une poudre destinée à un procédé de fabrication additive, ayant une valeur d2 de 10 μm minimum, une valeur d90 de 200 μm minimum et un quotient ELaw/d50 ≤ 0,8 KJ(KG*μm), ELaw représentant l’énergie d’avalanche et d50 le diamètre moyen des particules. L’invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d’un composant par fabrication additive en ayant recours à la poudre selon l’invention.
