Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a spray nozzle (101) for spraying an article to be dried, wherein the spray nozzle has a groove (103) on an outer wall, and a measurement sensor (105) for measuring a measurement variable is arranged in the groove. The measurement sensor (105) is paired with an autonomous energy supply and/or the autonomous energy supply is arranged in the groove, in particular by means of a piezo element (107), such that the measurement sensor can be operated free from an external cable-based energy supply. The invention further relates to a spray dryer (119) for drying an article to be dried and to a method for monitoring and/or controlling and/or regulating a temperature during the spraying process of an article to be dried.
(FR) L'invention concerne une buse de pulvérisation (101) servant à pulvériser un produit à sécher, la buse de pulvérisation comprenant une rainure (103) sur une paroi extérieure et un capteur de mesure (105) servant à mesurer une grandeur de mesure étant disposé dans la rainure, une alimentation en énergie autonome étant associée au capteur de mesure (105) et/ou l'alimentation en énergie autonome étant disposée dans la rainure, en particulier au moyen d'un élément piézoélectrique (107), de telle sorte que le capteur de mesure puisse fonctionner indépendamment d'une alimentation en énergie externe câblée. L'invention concerne en outre un sécheur par pulvérisation (119) servant au séchage d'un produit à sécher et un procédé permettant de surveiller et/ou de commander et/ou de réguler une température lors de la pulvérisation d'un produit à sécher.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sprühdüse (101) zum Versprühen eines zu trocknenden Gutes, wobei die Sprühdüse an einer Außenwand eine Nut(103) aufweist und ein Messsensor (105) zum Messen einer Messgröße in der Nut angeordnet ist, wobei dem Messsensor (105) eine autarke Energieversorgung zugeordnet und/oder die autarke Energieversorgung, insbesondere mittels eines Piezoelements (107), in der Nut angeordnet ist, sodass der Messsensor frei von einer externen kabelbasierten Energieversorgung betreibbar ist. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung einen Sprühtrockner (119) zum Trocknen eines zu trocknenden Gutes und ein Verfahren zum Überwachen und/oder Steuern und/oder Regeln einer Temperatur beim Versprühen eines zu trocknenden Gutes.
