The present application provides a method and a device for transmitting downlink control information. The method comprises: dividing a target resource into M resource subsets, at least part of at least two resource subsets of the M resource subsets not overlapping in frequency domain, each resource subset comprising at least one control channel bearer resource unit, M being an integer, and M≥2; according to the M resource subsets, determining a first set of resources, the first set of resources comprising N control channel bearer resource units, at least two control channel bearer resource units of the N control channel bearer resource units belonging to different resource subsets, at least two control channel bearer resource units of the N control channel bearer resource units being discontinued in frequency domain, N≥2; and sending first downlink control information to a terminal device on the first set of resources. By sending downlink control information on discontinuous N control channel bearer resource units in frequency domain, the invention ensures the frequency diversity gain.

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de transmission d'informations de commande de liaison descendante. Le procédé consiste à : diviser une ressource cible en M sous-ensembles de ressources, au moins une partie d'au moins deux sous-ensembles de ressources des M sous-ensembles de ressources ne se chevauchant pas dans le domaine fréquentiel, chaque sous-ensemble de ressources comprenant au moins une unité de ressource de support de canal de commande, M étant un nombre entier, et M ≥ 2 ; d’après les M sous-ensembles de ressources, déterminer un premier ensemble de ressources, le premier ensemble de ressources comprenant N unités de ressources de support de canal de commande, au moins deux unités de ressources de support de canal de commande des N unités de ressources de support de canal de commande appartenant à différents sous-ensembles de ressources, au moins deux unités de ressources de support de canal de commande des N unités de ressources de support de canal de commande étant discontinues dans le domaine fréquentiel, N ≥ 2 ; et envoyer des premières informations de commande de liaison descendante à un dispositif terminal sur le premier ensemble de ressources. En envoyant des informations de commande de liaison descendante sur des unités de ressources de support de canal de commande N discontinues dans le domaine fréquentiel, l'invention assure le gain de diversité de fréquence.
