Title: REFLECTION-TYPE DIGITAL HOLOGRAPHIC MICROSCOPE IMAGING DEVICE BASED ON ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED VARIFOCAL LENS
Abstract:
Provided is a reflection-type digital holographic microscope imaging device on the basis of electrically controlled varifocal lens (52), comprising: a laser device (1), a first beam splitter (3), a first light-path steering assembly (4), a second light-path steering assembly (5), a second beam splitter (6) and a camera (7). The first beam splitter (3) separates lasers emitted by the laser device (1) into object light and reference light. The first light-path steering assembly (4) is used for guiding the propagation direction of an object-light spherical wave to the second beam splitter (6), wherein the object-light spherical wave is generated after the object light goes through a microscope objective (42). The electrically controlled varifocal lens (52) in the second light-path steering assembly (5) is used for enabling the curvature of a reference-light spherical wave identical to the curvature of the object-light spherical wave by changing focal lengths, wherein the reference-light spherical wave is generated after the reference light goes through the electrically controlled varifocal lens (52). The second light-path steering assembly (5) is used for guiding the propagation direction of the reference-light spherical wave to the second beam splitter (6), the second beam splitter (6) is used for outputting the spherical waves, and the camera (7) is used for recording a generated interference fringe pattern. According to the above said device, phase distortion can be eliminated.
