A non-shaft-core dual-ball hinge. A middle hinge tube (21) of one connecting sheet (2) of the hinge is located between an upper hinge tube (11) and a lower hinge tube (12) of the other connecting sheet (1), so as to form an upper gap (b) and a lower gap (a). A lower ball bearing (3) is mounted in the lower gap (a) and comprises a pair of ball discs (31) and a plurality of balls (32). An annular groove (c) having a semi-circular cross section is formed in each ball disc (31), the two ball discs (31) are oppositely combined. The two annular grooves (c) form a channel having a circular section, and a plurality of balls (32) is placed in the channel and matches the wall part of the channel. An upper ball bearing (4) is mounted in the upper gap (b) and comprises an upper ball disc (41), a lower ball disc (42) and a plurality of balls (43). Each of the upper ball disc (41) and the lower ball disc (42) is provided an annular groove (c) having a semi-circular cross section, and the upper ball disc (41) and the lower ball disc (42) are oppositely combined. The two annular grooves (c) form a channel having a circular section, and a plurality of balls (43) is placed in the channel and matches the wall part of the channel. The lower ball disc (42) is close fit to the middle hinge tube (21) by means of steps (42d) of the lower ball disc (42). A blind hole (41a) is formed in the top of the upper ball disc (41), and a connecting pin (6) penetrates through the upper hinge tube (11) and is in close fit in the blind hole (41a) of the upper ball disc (41).
