Abstract:
(EN) A process for converting a feed stream to C2 to C5 hydrocarbons includes introducing a feed stream of hydrogen and at least one carbon-containing component selected from CO, CO2, and mixtures thereof into a reaction zone at an initial reactor pressure and an initial reactor temperature. The feed stream is contacted to a hybrid catalyst positioned in the reaction zone, and the hybrid catalyst includes a methanol synthesis component and a solid microporous acid material. The pressure within the reaction zone is increased during the contacting of the feed stream to the hybrid catalyst from the initial reactor pressure to a final reactor pressure. A temperature within the reaction zone at any time during the contacting of the feed stream to the hybrid catalyst is within ± 20° C of the initial reactor temperature.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de conversion d'un flux d'alimentation d'hydrocarbures C2 à C5 comprenant l'introduction d'un flux d'alimentation d'hydrogène et d'au moins un composant carboné choisi parmi CO, CO2 et des mélanges de ceux-ci dans une zone de réaction à une pression et à une température initiales du réacteur. Le flux d'alimentation est mis en contact avec un catalyseur hybride positionné dans la zone de réaction, et le catalyseur hybride comprend un composant de synthèse de méthanol et un matériau acide microporeux solide. La pression à l'intérieur de la zone de réaction est augmentée pendant la mise en contact du flux d'alimentation avec le catalyseur hybride à partir de la pression initiale du réacteur jusqu'à une pression finale du réacteur.
