Abstract:
(EN) A system and method based on the use of a mobile application running on a handheld mobile device that can be manipulated by a user/patient with the result that the data gathered by the application is communicated via a secure link to a computer service in order for evaluation of the user/patient's neurological and physical functioning for purposes of detecting changes in the progression of certain functions to aid in the diagnosis of certain diseases, such as multiple sclerosis and related neurological diseases.
(FR) L'invention concerne un système et un procédé basés sur l'utilisation d'une application mobile s'exécutant sur un dispositif mobile portatif qui peut être manipulé par un utilisateur/patient avec pour résultat que les données recueillies par l'application sont communiquées par liaison sécurisée à un service informatique afin d'évaluer le fonctionnement neurologique et physique de l'utilisateur/patient à des fins de détection de changements affectant l'évolution de certaines fonctions pour aider au diagnostic de certaines maladies, telles que la sclérose en plaques et les maladies neurologiques associées.
