(KO) 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 전구체 및 양극 활물질의 제조방법
Abstract:
(EN) The present invention provides a method for preparing a positive electrode active material precursor, for a lithium secondary battery, and a method for preparing a positive electrode active material using same. The method for preparing a positive electrode active material precursor for a lithium secondary battery by means of a batch-type reactor comprises the steps of: (1) continuously adding in a batch-type reactor a transition metal-containing solution, comprising transition metal cations, an alkaline aqueous solution and an ammonium ion-containing solution and forming positive electrode active material precursor particles; (2) if the batch-type reactor is full, stopping the adding of the solutions and precipitating the formed positive electrode active material precursor particles; (3) discharging to the outside a supernatant which is produced after precipitating the positive electrode active material precursor particles; (4) adjusting the pH, which has decreased during the discharging of the supernatant, to pH 10-12 by means of adding the ammonium ion-containing solution; and (5) continuously adding again in the batch-type reactor the transition metal-containing solution, comprising transition metal cations, the alkaline aqueous solution and the ammonium ion-containing solution and growing the positive electrode active material precursor particles.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un précurseur de matériau actif d'électrode positive, pour une batterie secondaire au lithium, et un procédé de préparation d'un matériau actif d'électrode positive l'utilisant. Le procédé de préparation d'un précurseur de matériau actif d'électrode positive destiné à une batterie secondaire au lithium au moyen d'un réacteur de type discontinu comprend les étapes consistant : (1) à ajouter en continu dans un réacteur de type discontinu une solution contenant un métal de transition, comprenant des cations de métal de transition, une solution aqueuse alcaline et une solution contenant des ions ammonium et à former des particules précurseurs de matériau actif d'électrode positive ; (2) si le réacteur de type discontinu est plein, à arrêter l'ajout des solutions et à précipiter les particules précurseurs de matériau actif d'électrode positive formées ; (3) à évacuer vers l'extérieur un surnageant qui est produit après la précipitation des particules de précurseur de matériau actif d'électrode positive ; (4) à réguler le pH, qui a diminué pendant l'évacuation du surnageant, à un pH de 10 à 12 au moyen de l'ajout de la solution contenant des ions ammonium ; et (5) à ajouter en continu à nouveau dans le réacteur de type discontinu la solution contenant un métal de transition, comprenant des cations de métal de transition, la solution aqueuse alcaline et la solution contenant des ions ammonium et à faire croître les particules de précurseur de matériau actif d'électrode positive.
(KO) 본 발명은 배치(batch)식 반응기를 사용하여 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 전구체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 1) 배치(batch)식 반응기에 전이금속 양이온을 포함하는 전이금속 함유 용액, 알칼리 수용액 및 암모늄 이온 함유 용액을 연속적으로 투입하면서 양극 활물질 전구체 입자를 형성하는 단계; 2) 상기 배치(batch)식 반응기가 만액이 되면 상기 용액들의 투입을 중지하고 형성된 양극 활물질 전구체 입자를 침전시키는 단계; 3) 상기 양극 활물질 전구체 입자를 침전시킨 후 생성된 상등액을 외부로 배출하는 단계; 4) 암모늄 이온 함유 용액을 투입하여 상기 상등액 배출 과정에서 저하된 pH를 pH 10 내지 pH 12로 조절하는 단계; 및 5) 상기 배치(batch)식 반응기에 전이금속 양이온을 포함하는 전이금속 함유 용액, 알칼리 수용액 및 암모늄 이온 함유 용액을 다시 연속적으로 투입하면서 양극 활물질 전구체 입자를 성장시키는 단계;를 포함하는 리튬 이차전지용 양극 활물질 전구체의 제조방법 및 이를 사용한 양극 활물질의 제조방법을 제공한다.
