Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to a positive electrode active material for a secondary battery. Lithium transition metal oxide comprises two or more transition metals selected from a group consisting of nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co) and manganese (Mn). 60 mol% or higher of nickel (Ni) is contained in the total transition metals contained in the lithium transition metal oxide. At least one of nickel (Ni), cobalt (Co) and manganese (Mn) contained in the lithium transition metal oxide has a concentration gradient in which the difference in concentration between the center and the particle surface of lithium transition metal oxide particles is 2 atom% or higher. The lithium transition metal oxide contains one or more doping elements selected from a group consisting of W, Mo, Ta, Nb, La and Bi. 2,000ppm or higher of the doping elements are contained.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un matériau actif d'électrode positive pour une batterie secondaire. L'oxyde de métal de transition au lithium comprend au moins deux métaux de transition choisis dans le groupe constitué par le nickel (Ni), le cobalt (Co) et le manganèse (Mn). Au moins 60 % en moles de nickel (Ni) sont contenus dans les métaux de transition totaux contenus dans l'oxyde de métal de transition de lithium. Au moins l'un parmi le nickel (Ni), le cobalt (Co) et le manganèse (Mn) contenus dans l'oxyde de métal de transition de lithium a un gradient de concentration dans lequel la différence de concentration entre le centre et la surface de particule des particules d'oxyde de métal de transition de lithium est supérieure ou égale à 2 % en atome. L'oxyde de métal de transition de lithium contient un ou plusieurs éléments dopants choisis dans un groupe constitué de W, Mo, Ta, Nb, La et Bi. Au moins 2000 ppm des éléments dopants sont contenus.
(KO) 본 발명은 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 망간(Mn)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 2 이상의 전이금속을 포함하는 리튬 전이금속 산화물이고, 상기 리튬 전이금속 산화물에 함유된 전체 전이금속 중 니켈(Ni)의 함량이 60몰% 이상이고, 상기 리튬 전이금속 산화물에 함유된 니켈(Ni), 코발트(Co) 및 망간(Mn) 중 적어도 하나는, 리튬 전이금속 산화물 입자의 중심과 입자 표면에서의 농도 차가 2atom% 이상인 농도 구배를 가지며, 상기 리튬 전이금속 산화물은 W, Mo, Ta, Nb, La 및 Bi로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 도핑 원소를 함유하며, 상기 도핑 원소는 2,000ppm 이상 함유된 이차전지용 양극 활물질에 관한 것이다.
