Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pH-responsive nucleic acid structure and a pH-responsive composition comprising the same for controlling activity of an enzyme protein. In a composition or carrier according to an embodiment, the opening and closure of a nucleic acid structure is controlled as the nucleic acid structure undergoes structural transition in response to a pH change. Thus, the accessibility of an enzyme protein to a substrate is controlled by pH adjustment to elicit the effect of effectively controlling the activity of the enzyme protein.
