Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a silicone rubber composition comprising: (A) a diorganopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in a molecule; (B) an organopolysiloxane resin consisting essentially of R3SiO1/2 units and SiO4/2 units, wherein each R is independently selected from the group consisting of monovalent hydrocarbon and monovalent halogenated hydrocarbon groups, however, at least one R in a molecule is an alkenyl group, and the mole ratio of R3SiO1/2 units to SiO4/2 units is from 0.5 to 1.4; (C) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in a molecule; (D) silica fine powder; and (E) a hydrosilylation reaction catalyst. The silicone rubber composition can be cured quickly by heating and can form a cured product exhibiting excellent adhesion to organic resins with excellent anchorage.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de caoutchouc silicone comprenant : (A) un diorganopolysiloxane ayant au moins deux groupes alcényle par molécule ; (B) une résine d'organopolysiloxane consistant essentiellement en motifs R3SiO1/2 et en motifs SiO4/2, chaque R étant d'une manière indépendante choisi dans le groupe consistant en les groupes hydrocarbonés monovalents et les groupes hydrocarbonés halogénés monovalents, au moins un R d'une molécule étant cependant un groupe alcényle, et le rapport en moles des motifs R3SiO1/2 aux motifs SiO4/2 étant de 0,5 à 1,4 ; (C) un organohydrogénopolysiloxane ayant au moins deux atomes d'hydrogène liés au silicium dans une molécule ; (D) une poudre fine de silice ; et (E) un catalyseur de réaction d'hydrosilylation. La composition de caoutchouc silicone peut être rapidement durcie par chauffage et peut former un produit durci présentant une excellente adhérence à des résines organiques, avec un excellent ancrage.
