Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for efficiently isolating or purifying a target substance from a biological sample by using a sample comprising magnetic particles and an apparatus comprising a magnet. In the apparatus according to the present invention, a transfer unit, together with a rotation motion, moves up and down in a reagent inside a chamber, and thus the magnetic particles and a buffer are sufficiently mixed, so that even when a small amount of elution buffer is used, the mixing of the magnetic particles and the buffer can be attained. In addition, since the reagent inside the chamber is mixed by fast and strong rotation, the process does not proceed while the magnetic particles remain at the corner of the chamber or adhere to a wall portion thereof, with the results that the extraction efficiency of the target substance can be maximized and the efficiency of subsequence PCR analysis can also be improved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé permettant d'isoler ou de purifier efficacement une substance cible contenue dans un échantillon biologique en utilisant un échantillon comprenant des particules magnétiques et un appareil comprenant un aimant. Dans l'appareil selon la présente invention, une unité de transfert, conjointement avec un mouvement de rotation, se déplace vers le haut et vers le bas dans un réactif à l'intérieur d'une chambre, et ainsi les particules magnétiques et un tampon sont suffisamment mélangés, de telle sorte que même en utilisant une petite quantité de tampon d'élution, le mélange des particules magnétiques et du tampon peut être obtenu. De plus, comme le réactif à l'intérieur de la chambre est mélangé par une rotation rapide et forte, le processus ne s'opère pas lorsque les particules magnétiques restent au niveau du coin de la chambre ou adhèrent à une partie de paroi de celle-ci, ce qui a pour résultat de pouvoir maximiser l'efficacité d'extraction de la substance cible, et d'améliorer aussi l'efficacité de l'analyse par PCR de sous-séquences.
(KO) 본 발명은 자성 입자가 포함된 시료와 자석을 포함하는 장치를 이용하여 생물학적 시료로부터 목적하는 물질을 효율적으로 분리 또는 정제하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 장치는 이송 수단이 챔버 내의 시약 내에서 상하로 이동할 뿐만 아니라 회전 운동을 함께 하기 때문에 자성 입자와 완충액의 완전히 충분하게 이루어질 수 있으며, 그로 인하여 용출 완충액(elution buffer)를 소량만 사용하더라도 자성 입자와 완충액의 혼합이 가능한 특징이 있다. 또한, 챔버 내의 시약이 빠르고 강한 회전으로 혼합되기 때문에 자성 입자가 챔버의 구석에 남거나 벽부에 붙은 채로 공정이 진행되지 않기 때문에 목적하는 물질의 추출 효율을 극대화할 수 있으며, 이후 PCR 분석의 효율성 또한 향상시킬 수 있다.
