Abstract:
(EN) Provided is a cooling device capable of prolonging a cooling function by causing a latent heat storage material to be at least dormant in a process of distribution. The cooling device which is used in a distribution packaging container and adjusts the temperature of an object to be cooled includes: a latent heat storage material that has a supercooling characteristic and has a temperature range as a dormant period between a solidification temperature, at which a phase change is started from a liquid phase to a solid phase, and a melting temperature, at which a phase change is started from a solid phase to a liquid phase; and an accommodation section that accommodates the latent heat storage material, wherein the latent heat storage material is selected correspondingly to the temperature range in which the object to be cooled needs to be held, so as to have a range such that the main melting temperature is in the temperature range in which the object to be cooled needs to be held and such that at least the temperature range of the dormant period and the temperature range in which the object to be cooled needs to be held overlap each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de refroidissement capable de prolonger une fonction de refroidissement en amenant un matériau d'accumulation de chaleur latente à être au moins inactif dans un processus de distribution. Ce dispositif de refroidissement utilisé dans un récipient de conditionnement de distribution et réglant la température d'un objet à refroidir comprend: un matériau d'accumulation de chaleur latente qui a une caractéristique de sous-refroidissement et qui a une plage de température correspondante à une période inactive entre une température de solidification, à laquelle un changement de phase est démarré d'une phase liquide à une phase solide, et une température de fusion, à laquelle un changement de phase est démarré d'une phase solide à une phase liquide; et une section de réception qui reçoit le matériau d'accumulation de chaleur latente, le matériau d'accumulation de chaleur latente étant sélectionné de manière correspondante à la plage de température dans laquelle l'objet à refroidir doit être maintenu, de manière à avoir une plage telle que la température de fusion principale se situe dans la plage de température dans laquelle l'objet à refroidir doit être maintenu et de telle sorte qu'au moins la plage de température de la période inactive et la plage de température dans laquelle l'objet à refroidir doit être maintenu se chevauchent mutuellement.
(JA) 物流の過程で潜熱蓄熱材を少なくとも休眠させることで、冷却機能を延長させることができる保冷具を提供する。物流梱包容器に用いられ、保冷対象物の温度調節を行なう保冷具であって、過冷却特性を有し、液相から固相に相変化し始める凝固温度と固相から液相に相変化し始める融解開始温度との間の休眠期としての温度範囲を有する潜熱蓄熱材と、前記潜熱蓄熱材を収容する収容部と、を備え、前記潜熱蓄熱材は、保冷対象物の保持されるべき温度範囲に応じて、主たる融解温度が前記保冷対象物の保持されるべき温度範囲に含まれ、少なくとも前記休眠期の温度範囲と前記保冷対象物の保持されるべき温度範囲とが重複する範囲を有するよう選択されたものである。
