In order to appropriately notify uplink control information, even when using a sequence-based uplink control channel, this user terminal has: a control unit that determines a signal to be sent using a frequency resource for sending uplink control information; and a transmission unit that sends the signal using the frequency resource. The control unit is characterized by assuming that the frequency resource bandwidth is at least a prescribed bandwidth, if the signal includes a signal sequence having applied thereto an orthogonal resource associated to the uplink control information.

Afin de notifier de manière appropriée des informations de commande de liaison montante, même lors de l'utilisation d'un canal de commande de liaison montante basé sur une séquence, ce terminal d'utilisateur a : une unité de commande qui détermine un signal à envoyer à l'aide d'une ressource de fréquence pour envoyer des informations de commande de liaison montante ; et une unité de transmission qui envoie le signal à l'aide de la ressource de fréquence. L'unité de commande est caractérisée par la supposition que la bande passante de ressource de fréquence est au moins une bande passante prescrite, si le signal comprend une séquence de signal ayant appliqué à celle-ci une ressource orthogonale associée aux informations de commande de liaison montante.

系列ベース上り制御チャネルを用いる場合であっても、上り制御情報を適切に通知すること。本発明の一態様に係るユーザ端末は、上り制御情報を送信するための周波数リソースで送信する信号を判断する制御部と、前記周波数リソースで前記信号を送信する送信部と、を有し、前記制御部は、前記信号が、前記上り制御情報と関連付けられる直交リソースを適用した信号系列を含む場合、前記周波数リソースの帯域幅が所定の帯域幅以上であると想定することを特徴とする。
