Abstract:
(EN) To provide a coating die whereby two layers of coating films can be stably applied. The present invention is provided with a first block in which a first manifold supplied with a first coating liquid is formed, a second block in which a second manifold supplied with a second coating liquid is formed, and a shim interposed between the first block and the second block, the shim including a first recess communicated with the first manifold and formed on the surface of the shim that faces the first block, and a second recess communicated with the second manifold and formed on the surface of the shim that faces the second block, the first recess being open on one side in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the shim and the layering direction of the first block, the shim, and the second block, whereby a first discharge opening is formed from which the first coating liquid is discharged, and the second recess being open on one side, whereby a second discharge opening is formed from which the second coating liquid is discharged.
(FR) L’invention vise à fournir une matrice de revêtement grâce à laquelle deux couches de films de revêtement peuvent être appliquées de façon stable. La présente invention est pourvue d'un premier bloc dans lequel est formé un premier collecteur alimenté avec un premier liquide de revêtement, d'un second bloc dans lequel est formé un second collecteur alimenté par un second liquide de revêtement, et d'une cale interposée entre le premier bloc et le second bloc, la cale comprenant un premier évidement en communication avec le premier collecteur et formé sur la surface de la cale qui fait face au premier bloc, et un second évidement en communication avec le second collecteur et formé sur la surface de la cale qui fait face au second bloc, le premier évidement étant ouvert d'un côté dans la direction orthogonale à la direction longitudinale de la cale et la direction de stratification du premier bloc, de la cale et du second bloc, une première ouverture d'évacuation étant formée à partir de laquelle le premier liquide de revêtement est évacué, et le second évidement étant ouvert d'un côté, une seconde ouverture d'évacuation étant formée à partir de laquelle le second liquide de revêtement est évacué.
