A base station device that carries out carrier sense to ensure a wireless medium for a prescribed period, sets an uplink communication period in at least a portion of the prescribed period, selectively or simultaneously sets a first communication mode and a second communication mode in at least one uplink subframe period that is included in the uplink communication period, and transmits a downlink subframe including common control information that indicates the communication mode that is set to the uplink subframe period, the first communication mode allowing a terminal device to communicate on the basis of the scheduling information of the base station device, and the second communication mode allowing the terminal device to communicate without requiring the scheduling information of the base station device.

Un dispositif de station de base réalise une détection de porteuse pour assurer un support sans fil pendant une période prescrite, règle une période de communication de liaison montante dans au moins une partie de la période prescrite, définit sélectivement ou simultanément un premier mode de communication et un second mode de communication dans au moins une période de sous-trame de liaison montante qui est incluse dans la période de communication de liaison montante, et transmet une sous-trame de liaison descendante comprenant des informations de commande communes qui indiquent le mode de communication qui est défini pour la période de sous-trame de liaison montante, le premier mode de communication permettant à un dispositif terminal de communiquer sur la base des informations de planification du dispositif de station de base, et le second mode de communication permettant au dispositif terminal de communiquer sans avoir besoin des informations de planification du dispositif de station de base.
