Abstract:
(EN) In order to provide a pancreatic cancer detection method, and more specifically a pancreatic cancer detection method capable of determining even earlier-stage pancreatic cancer, this method for detecting the possibility of pancreatic cancer morbidity involves (1) a step in which the amount, in a biological sample extracted from a subject, of at least one type of anti-sugar chain antibody is measured, selected from the group consisting of an anti-3-sialyllactose carbohydrate antibody and an anti-(LN) 3-sugar chain antibody, wherein the anti-3-sialyllactose carbohydrate antibody is an antibody that can bond to a sugar chain represented by Neu5Acα(2→3)Galβ(1→4)Glc, or an antibody that recognizes said sugar chain, and the anti-(LN) 3-sugar chain antibody is antibody that can bond to a sugar chain represented by Galβ1→3GlcNAcβ1→3Galβ1→4GlcNAc, or an antibody that recognizes said sugar chain.
(FR) Afin de mettre en œuvre un procédé de détection du cancer du pancréas, et plus précisément un procédé de détection du cancer du pancréas pouvant déterminer même un cancer du pancréas au stade précoce, la présente invention concerne un procédé de détection de la possible morbidité du cancer du pancréas qui consiste (1) en une étape lors de laquelle la quantité, dans un échantillon biologique extrait d’un sujet, d’au moins un anticorps anti-chaîne glucidique est mesurée, sélectionnée parmi le groupe constitué d’un anticorps anti-glucide lactose 3-sialyl et d’un anticorps anti-chaîne glucidique (LN)3, l’anticorps anti-glucide lactose 3-sialyl étant un anticorps qui peut se lier à une chaîne glucidique représentée par Neu5Acα(2→3)Galβ(1→4)Glc, ou un anticorps qui reconnaît ladite chaîne glucidique, et l’anticorps anti-chaîne glucidique (LN)3 étant un anticorps qui peut se lier à une chaîne glucidique représentée par Galβ1→3GlcNAcβ1→3Galβ1→4GlcNAc, ou un anticorps qui reconnaît ladite chaîne glucidique.
(JA) 膵臓癌の検査方法を提供すること、さらにはより早期の膵臓癌であっても判定可能な膵臓癌の検査方法を提供するという課題を、膵臓癌の罹患の可能性を検査する方法であって、(1)被検体から採取された生体試料における抗3-シアリルラクトース糖鎖抗体及び抗(LN)3糖鎖抗体からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の抗糖鎖抗体量を測定する工程を含み、前記抗3-シアリルラクトース糖鎖抗体がNeu5Acα(2→3)Galβ(1→4)Glcで表される糖鎖に結合することができる抗体又は前記糖鎖を認識する抗体であり、且つ前記抗(LN)3糖鎖抗体がGalβ1→3GlcNAcβ1→3Galβ1→4GlcNAcで表される糖鎖に結合することができる抗体又は前記糖鎖を認識する抗体である、方法により、解決する。
