Abstract:
(EN) The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fiber-reinforced material and structure that are resistant to breakage. This fiber-reinforced material comprises a fiber aggregate 15 and a matrix member 12 that covers the fiber aggregate 15, wherein the matrix member 12 is a thermoplastic resin composition obtained by blending a polyolefin resin, a polyamide resin, and a modified elastomer having a group that is reactive with the polyamide resin. When a puncture test is performed at a striker speed of 1 to 4 m/second, PB/PM ≥ 4, where PM is the displacement when maximum impact force is applied and PB is the displacement at the rupture point. Furthermore, the ratio of E2 to ET is at least 70%, where E1 is the amount of energy absorbed until the maximum impact force is applied, E2 is the amount of energy absorbed until rupture after the maximum impact force has been applied, and ET is the total amount of absorbed energy of E1 and E2. This structure comprises said fiber-reinforced material.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet de fournir un matériau et une structure renforcés par des fibres et qui sont résistants à la rupture. Ce matériau renforcé par des fibres comprend un agrégat de fibres (15) et un élément de matrice (12) qui recouvre l'agrégat de fibres (15), l'élément de matrice (12) étant une composition de résine thermoplastique obtenue par mélange d'une résine de polyoléfine, d'une résine de polyamide et d'un élastomère modifié possédant un groupe réactif avec la résine de polyamide. Lorsqu'un test de perforation est effectué à une vitesse de percuteur comprise entre 1 et 4 m/seconde, PB/PM ≥ 4, PM représentant le déplacement lorsqu'une force d'impact maximale est appliquée et PB le déplacement au niveau du point de rupture. En outre, le rapport E2/ET est au moins égal à 70 %, E1 représentant la quantité d'énergie absorbée jusqu'à ce que la force d'impact maximale soit appliquée, E2 la quantité d'énergie absorbée jusqu'à la rupture après application de la force d'impact maximale et ET la quantité totale d'énergie absorbée d'E1 et E2. Cette structure comprend ledit matériau renforcé par des fibres.
(JA) 割れ難い繊維強化材料及び構造体を提供することを目的として、本繊維強化材料は、繊維集合体15と、繊維集合体15を被覆しているマトリックス材12と、を有し、マトリックス材12が、ポリオレフィン樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、及び、ポリアミド樹脂に対する反応性基を有する変性エラストマーを配合してなる熱可塑性樹脂組成物である。1m/秒以上4m/秒以下のストライカ速度でパンクチャ試験を行った場合に、最大衝撃力が付加された際の変位量P、破断点における変位量Pとした場合に、P/P≧4である。更に、最大衝撃力が付加されるまでに吸収されたエネルギー量E、最大衝撃力が付加された後、破断点に至るまでに吸収されたエネルギー量E、EとEとの合計吸収エネルギー量Eとした場合に、Eに対するEの割合が70%以上である。本構造体は、本繊維強化材料からなる。
